Eight basic parts, from oligo 1 to oligo 8, are in the form of single stranded DNA (ssDNA). They could be assembled to form the nano-cube which is detectable to the RNA of H3N2 virus. These eight basic parts were submitted to the Registry and are documented in the table below.
