INTERLAB

HUMAN PRACTICES


We consulted experts in the water industry and gained insights into innovation management. In addition, exploration on intellectual property, scale-up and legislation all informed our business plan.

MODELLING


Three modelling approaches were used to inform different parts of our project: modelling a continuous culture system for cost estimation, ensemble modelling and Design of Experiments.

ENTERPRISE


A business plan was developed from each different components of our project. A customer and competitor analysis was conducted to evaluate the attractiveness of Phosphostore in the market.
