我们的模型帮助描述了多因子可视化检测系统的细胞内反应。我们也有它来分析和评估我们的合成生物学系统。模型在Simbiology,MATLAB的工具箱下完成。

从图表中可以看出,我们找到了几个典型的变量变化的模式。实验结果与我们的模型吻合的很好。
