Pls do up your profile and insert it here. Thank you. Also send me you most handsome pic so that I can upload it.

Danny Teo

Project Truncation Expert

"I have always dreamt of being a scientist since being introduced to science as a child. It didn’t take long for me to decide that my interest in biology, particularly in molecular biology. My short exposure to lab in polytechnic also led to my love of wet lab. Thus, I am excited about taking part in iGEM for the first time, and being given the opportunity to carry out research independently." ~ Biologial Sciences, Final Year Student

Dam Linh Chi

EGFR Project Expert

"I have maintained A549, PC9 and H3255 cells, transfection, FACS preparation and carried out T7E assay to test the constructs in all three cell types. I have been working on CRISPR Cas9 therapeutics since June 2017 and this is also my first experience doing research. I feel I have learnt so much by joining iGEM. I encountered a lot of mistakes when doing the experiments and this is when I can learn and grow the most. I have also learned how to work independently yet how to communicate with my teammates, how to plan and balance between studying and the competition." ~ Biological Sciences, Year 3

Jaclyn Lee

EGFR Project Expert

"I worked on project Therapeutics (EGFR) since September 2016. I have cloned plasminds, transfected and tested plasmids in PC9 cell line. IGEM was the continuation of my undergraduate research project, and it was a very enriching experience for me." ~ Engineering Science(Bioengineering specialization, Year 3)

Kasturi Markandran

HDR Project & Wiki Design

"By joining iGEM competition, I have learnt a lot about genetics and got to work on Crispr/cas9 system, an extremely prominent tool. I have always been keen in translational research, that has therapeutic use to enhance the wellbeing of people and iGEM has broadened my knowledge to achieve that. Besides genetics, I am particularly interested in translational research in cardiac muscle physiology." ~ Kasturi, Recent Graduate, Bioengineering

Ng Hsin Yueh

EGFR Project Expert

"I am particularly interested in the application of CRISPR mechanism as a possible therapeutic solution for various diseases. Besides from research, I really like to be involved in activities that can improve myself, such as exercising, reading self-improvement books, and volunteering to the community. ~ Bioengineering, Year 3"
