Introduction
The goal is amplify T7 salt sensor, digest it along with pSB1C3 plasmid with EcoRI and PstI
Materials
- Polymerase: Fusion Taq or Ampli tas (gold)
- Primers: PrefixF and SuffixR

- 5xHF PCR Buffer
