BioSensor Lab Results

As we were unable to transform the construct, therefore, the results for Salt Sensor testing were obtained from iGEM Pitt as a part of the collaboration

1. The results for the RFP fluorescence measured for three replicated of the blank as well as two constructs at excitation 585nm/emission 607nm.
