We succeeded in culturing <i>B. Xyphilus</i> by <i>S. Cerevisiae</i> to establish the system of inducing RNAi by feeding. In addition, we transformed the plasmid coding hairpin-dsRNA to <i>S. Cerevisiae</i>, fed it to <i>B. Xyphilus</i>, and observed it.
