Testing Fluorescent AHL Receivers

Orthogonality test

Applying multiple quorumsensing systems in single bacteria requires low crosstalk activities between AHLs and LuxR-like proteins. We've tested signal molecule orthogonality in several Fluorescent AHL Receivers we construct.
