We improved the part BBa_K274001 by adding a T7 promoter to the front of it Part BBa_I712074. This was done in our Melanin Construct composite part BBa_melcomppart

This part was improve upon by introducting a T7 promoter to the gene, the original part BBa_I742154 and the T7 promoter BBa_I712074.
