We improved the part BBa_K274001 by adding a T7 promoter to the front of it Part BBa_I712074. This was done in our Melanin Construct composite part BBa_melcomppart

crtY

This part was improve upon by introducting a T7 promoter to the gene as well as adding the gene crtZ to the construct, the original part BBa_I742154 and the T7 promoter BBa_I712074.

crtZ

We added the T7 Promoter BBa_I712074 to the part BBa_I742157. As well as combined it wit our crtY part in the construct.
