• DH10B cells made chemically competent
At the beginning of the this week we began our labwork by preparing some growth media and autoclaving them. Please visit our Protocol website to view the exact procedures. We then continued planning our experiments which also meant designing some primers. Amidst of all the planning and primer designing, we also prepared our E.
