Parts
For the majority of our project we used a Golden Gate cloning system which is unfortunately not compatible with the iGEM RFC standards. Therefore, we only submitted parts we considered worth the extra effort.
• BBa_K2294007 - a synthetic galactose minimal yeast promoter. For more information click here.
