With the intention of spreading the fun and attractiveness of the synthetic biology, we designed some letter cards.    <p>After confirming developing the agr system of the <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>, we contacted the Department of Infection of Southwest Hospital and the department of microbiology , consuling about the pathogenicity and biosafety level of <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>. Doctor Li from the Department of Infection introduced us that the hospital acquired infection is always an unavoidable problem racent years; meanwhile, professor Wang systematically introduced us the <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>biosafety level and experimental operation of the standard process, all of which helped us during the later experiment.</p>
