Parts
During the summer, several basic parts were constructed. Some of them are not construct in [http://parts.igem.org/Help:Standards/Assembly/RFC10 Rfc10] assembly standard, but in [http://parts.igem.org/Assembly_standard_25 Rfc25], which help to create fusion protein.
We create basic part for any of our approach :

The collection part use for the creation of phage-like particle, those part correspond to the domaine 1 (D1) and 2 (D2) of the p3 protein. They allow the phage-like particle to target the specific bacterium. To test the specificity of our phage-like particle and to target other pathogenic bacterium, we design a large scale of attachment protein :
