In the week after that, we measured OD600 Reference point and fluorescein fluorescence standard curve using protocols. This has been the first time we participate in igem competition and engage in the interlab study. The purpose of this years study is to figure out the fine difference between the plate readers all around the world. We are excited about the experiment and these are some datas we collected from interlab.

Our team is composed of a group of young and motivated students with helpful advisors from Shanghai United International School Wanyuan Campus. We all love synthetic biology. We aim to make a contribution for the society and improve the food safety issue.
