<p >This part collection is a collection of miRNA target sequences, contained 26 new parts designed for miRNA locker assembly. In this collection, we collected reverse complementary sequence of miRNAs. Building on that, we can obtain modularized DNA parts by annealing, and then construct a set of chemically synthetic oligo DNA library. Our miRNA locker can be easily assembled using modularized DNA parts from this chemically synthetic oligo DNA library. Most of the parts in this kit were functional validated and submitted to the registry, expect for BBa_K2440016 and BBa_K2440034, as they are not compatible with RFC10.</p>

Part Collection

Part list

This part collection is a collection of miRNA target sequences, contained 26 new parts designed for miRNA locker assembly. In this collection, we collected reverse complementary sequence of miRNAs. Building on that, we can obtain modularized DNA parts by annealing, and then construct a set of chemically synthetic oligo DNA library. Our miRNA locker can be easily assembled using modularized DNA parts from this chemically synthetic oligo DNA library. Most of the parts in this kit were functional validated and submitted to the registry, expect for BBa_K2440016 and BBa_K2440034, as they are not compatible with RFC10.
