<h4><p>The rule of history shows that given similar circumstances, history repeats itself, which is independent of human interference. As we dig deeper into history, we are no longer content with merely superficial descriptions of past events, but hope that history can serve to help us predict the future. Therefore, with the joint efforts of generations of historians, the rule of history appears.</p>
