1.BBa_K2459010:

It is the targeted DNA, namely, the result of our sequencing procedure. Also, we make improvements upon 2016 project on this part as follows:

We change our thinking pattern: rather than acquiring the shortest path in a given map,like what we did last year( examples like BBa K2044000 and BBa K2044001), we seek for the most favorable one. Plus, the situation becomes harder given that we put the node under changing condition, which is commonly used in the real world. As to the experiment itself,some procedures, including bridging PCR, are the same; but some are different. Actually, the 2016 program can be seen as an exception of this year's program of our team, and we do make it.

2.BBa_K2459013:

It is another targeted DNA, namely, the result of our sequencing procedure.

3.BBa_K2459022:

It is the result of our sequencing procedure in the second round. In this round, we added GFP and the related parts to secure the accuracy of this year's experiment.

Apart from these 3 parts, we also registered :

In first round:

BBa_K2459000 to BBa_K2459008: 9 primers in the first round of experiment (Adapter can be used in both first and second round);
BBa_K2459009: DNA template in the first round;

In second round:

BBa_K2459011: the GFP;
BBa_K2459012: DNA template in the second round;
BBa_K2459014 to BBa_K2459021: 8 primers in the second round of experiment.
