<p>This year we focused on JACOB’s advantage of portability, efficiency and accessibility.If aptamer bio-sensing and fluorescent protein achieves JACOB portability and efficiency,hardware makes JACOB affordable and interface-friendly.Hardware,completing the conversion from fluorescence signal to electrical ones, was divided into two main functional modules:microfluidic chip and detecting system.Their size and position in the instrument can be seen in Fig 1.2.
