-What is your motivation for joining the iGEM team?
-Synthetic biologists are the next rockstars! Not just me who’s saying that, according to wired.com: "biologists are the next rock star designers"
-Theater or cinema?
-Cinema, because it’s for young people. I will engineer my own genes to stay forever young.
-What did you work on during the project?
-I worked very hard in the lab during the summer, designing and executing the CRISPR strategy for the insertion of the URA3 gene. I helped plan and host a lecture during our BioBrick tutorial, and helped supervising the high-school students in the lab.
