Basic Parts

During the summer, several basic parts were constructed. Some of them are not construct in Rfc10 assembly standard, but in [http://parts.igem.org/Assembly_standard_25 Rfc25], which help to create fusion protein.

We create basic part for any of our approach :

We design 3 parts for the quorum sensing approach :

We design a part for the disruption of the biofilm :
