Tuesday, June 6th

Cleaned up the lab. Picked up and installed lab equipment. Culture of E.Coli strains TG1 and DH5α. Made starters from cryotubes (swabbed with a toothpick and put in erlenmeyer with LB medium). Incubated at 37°C.
