Welcome to LiU iGEM!

Feel free to explore our site! During the summer and fall we will continue to update these pages to give you all information about our team, project, results and much more.

LiU iGEM was founded in 2013 at Linköping University and has been active with different projects ever since. This year we are a group of 11 students participating, all studying different aspects of biology. You can read about us under "The Team" tab.

The project this year aims to optimize the production of alzheimer-linked proteins for research. To accomplish this we will spend our summer in the lab and with our computers. You can read much more about our project under "The Project" tab and more about our modeling under "Modeling".
