1,5 g agarose is mixed with 100 ml of 1X TAE buffer (20 ml 10X TAE Stock + 180 ml H20). Heat in microwave to make solution homogeneous (don’t over boil). Cool solution down and then pour the agarose into a gel tray with the well comb in place. Mix samples with loading dye. Load samples and ladder to wells. Run at 90V for 80 min. | 1,5 g agarose is mixed with 100 ml of 1X TAE buffer (20 ml 10X TAE Stock + 180 ml H20). Heat in microwave to make solution homogeneous (don’t over boil).
