Community Outreach

Interfacing with our peers, the community, and those that would follow in our footsteps.



The Museum
The Asheville Museum of Science (AMOS) is Western North Carolina’s home for experiential science learning, discovery, and exploration. AMOS strives to spark the imagination and foster lifelong curiosity.


The University of North Carolina At Asheville taught several events at Saturday Morning Science in their STEM Lab. Young children in the Asheville area learned about molecular biology, DNA, and the scientific method.
