为了说明这一点,我们构建了两个重金属检测回路:砷和钴。(更多关于检测系统工作原理的信息可以查阅设计页面)。 值得注意的是,尽管我们选择了重金属启动子作为说明,但实际上还有很多可选择的启动子例如那些光感应的或可以相应人体内环境变化的。
