Database version 1 was improved based on inputs from fellow teammates and from the instructors; changes were made to the database to make it more user-friendly. A short description was added on the left tab providing instructions for filling, and an alert option before closing the adding or editing chassis data tab was added to prevent loss of data. Incurring all these changes version 2 was developed. Based on the case study made by iGEM team member Mayur on existing databases available online like PDB, Wikipedia, Google maps, YouTube, Brenda changes are being made to the database.
