Modeling
This page details the various quantitative estimates that were required to test the feasibility of our project before execution. The following page, at the time of wiki-freeze, should include,
- An estimate for the optimum time at which to skim the bioreactor for getting the desired protein concentration.
- A physical stress analysis of the concerned gas vesicles.
- A cost-efficiency analysis
- An induction curve analysis for the optimum time to induce the required construct
- (opt.) A bio-reactor floor plan in case we decide to present the idea to industries.
