• PCR purified the product from our PCR after we ran the product on a gel

• Nano-dropped purification product → Low yield
• Purified more of our PCR product
• Transformed DH5a E. coli with our plasmids to prepare them for mini-prep

• Make a liquid culture of bacteria with MBP, GST, and SUMO inserts.

• Mini-prepped bacteria cultures using two different kits to determine which worked best.
• Use Qiagen kits
