Below are some of our silver achievements:

Validated Part/Validated Contribution: Our expressor (Part:BBa_K2392000 ) construct expresses GFP as expected. It is also able to be repressed by the repressor sequence we created, showing that it functions as expected.

Collaboration: We worked with the Lambert high School iGEM team to inoculate their cultures and run their plates through the plate reader.
