“U-disk” interface collection
We insert GFP into “U-disk” interface. This places the GFP downstream of the promoter to characterizing its strength. Reported activities of the promoters are given as the relative fluorescence of these plasmids（PRS423） in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. BBa_K2365046、BBa_K2365047、BBa_K2365049、BBa_K2365052 also can be any interface to any coding sequences.
