However in the final week of our discussions and multiple presentations we all got behind the idea of a bacteria that could be used as a key. This was initially trashed as it seemed nonsense, however after discussions of a modular differential expression system the idea began to make sense. From this our idea of unique fluorescent bacteria was born, and with it Key.coli.
