In order to share our ideas and experience, we collaborate with eight iGEM teams in experiment and Human Practice.

SDU-China 2017

We help SDU-China completed the model of the effect of EGF on hTERT promoter and YM155 on surviving promoter successfully.

What’s more,this year is the first year for SDU-China join this competition. This summer, SDU-China's team members came to our school to communicate with us. At the same time, we jointly held the life science and technology camp. They worked with us to prepare materials and publicize summer camps. During the summer camp, they held medical lectures to introduce the application of synthetic biology in the field of medicine for campers.

We help TJU-China build plasmids.

TJU-China has helped us to test the mini system in order to verify that our mini systems can still achieve the expected function under experimental conditions in different yeast strains and in different laboratories.

This year, the project of TJU-China is also based on yeast for the chassis biology, they helped us test in their synthetic yeast strains, the mini system effect was validated.

HFUT-China 2017

We sincere assistance to the software of HFUT-China 2017.

Peking 2017

The Peking 2017 provided us with a genetic fragment of mSA that helped us in our heterogeneous adhesion platform.

We went to Beijing in Augest this year to communicate with Peking iGEMers. Not only did we acquire a wealth of useful suggestions about our project design but also their instructors helped us to process the data more scientifically.

NJU-China 2017

We helped NJU-China verify the efficiency of the hydrogen sulfide pathway three sets of starter and RBS combinations.
