Current from Induction

Same full vector strain but induction at point shown displaying the actuality of IPTG inducing current increase. This shows the difference between background expression and actual induction very distinctly.

Anaerobic Current
Anaerobic current showing how current induction can take the place of GFP induction as a marker for gene expression. IPTG induction occurs right at the small dip right around the 2 hour mark.
