国际遗传工程机器大赛（iGEM)，英文全称为International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition，由麻省理工学院于2003年创办， 2005年发展成为国际性学术竞赛，是合成生物学领域的顶级国际性学术竞赛。
iGEM涉及生物学，计算机科学，数学等多学科，具有多学科背景的iGEM团队需要利用标准生物模块来构建基因回路、建立有效的数学模型，实现对精致复杂人工生物系统的预测、操纵和 测量以完成比赛。 IGEM
ZJUT - CHINA

ZJUT - CHINA成立于2016年12月，将于今年十一月代表工大赴美国波士顿参加iGEM决赛。
我们利用特定基因构建重组质粒并将其转入大肠杆菌，基因表达出的光敏蛋白赋予了大肠杆菌特殊的生命特性，使其能够在特定波长光的照射下进行裂解，从而释放出我们所需要的代谢产物。
