Zijie Yang and Professor Liang Cai contributed the initial idea of this project. All team member participated in the brainstorm and put forward creative ideas. The discussion with Ziyan Yu brought us fresh and excellent ideas.

Yijie Pan, Zijie Yang designed most of our genetic circuit. Yijie Pan, Zijie Yang, Tong Fu were responsible for most of molecular clone. Yijie Pan created the method to assemble multiple repeats of transcription factor response element based on 3A assembly. The assembly of DNA fragments with high repeats is difficult even for companies. Thanks to his contribution, we can successfully build our Part collection.

Yiming Cai, Yan Liu were responsible for most of cell culturing and experiments. Yiming Cai established cell lines for our iGEM team and did most of the transient transfection and FCM works. Jie Wang, Yefan Hu gave massive help and instructions on FCM works and confocal microscope photo capturing, offered most of the related data and figures to our project. Professor Liang Cai, Jing Fu gave us a lot valuable suggestions for our experiments.

Ao Feng finish most of the Interlab part. iGEM 2017 Fudan_China and iGEM 2017 NYU_Shanghai also contributed to the experiments.

Yiheng Wang finished all the outstanding works of these two parts.

Ao Feng, Tong Fu are in charge of HP. All team members participated in HP actively. Ao Feng, Tong Fu were also our contacts with hospitals.

All team members, including Ruiling Zhong, participated in the design, test and improvement of Cell War. Ao Feng first translated the design into reality. Ao Feng, Ruiling Zhong designed most of the rules and cards (text part). Tong Fu and other team members helped to translate our Chinese version into English. Blupha Inc. helped us with public promotion in the field of education in Beijing.

XinXuan Xiong is responsible for most of art design, including HP-associated materials; the cover, cards, brochures, packages of Cell War; posters, wiki, team logo, suits and name cards.

Jiawei Ruan, a member of Chenxi Studio of Fudan University, helped a lot with wiki editing. Yiheng Wang, Xinxuan Xiong, Tian Huang also did massive works. All team members contribute to the design and paperwork.
