<p>We successfully transferred our knowledge about gluten intolerance such as celiac disease and gluten-free diet, which is the only possible solution for the current patient. Furthermore, in order to spur participation and provide some taste about gluten free diet, visitors had the chance to enjoy both gluten free and non-gluten free brownie.</p>

<p>After tasting, they were asked to choose which of the two they presume to be gluten free. Surprisingly, many people failed to choose the correct answer, which was A brownie. For those who got correct answer, we randomly chose two recipients and rewarded with a gluten free cookie. Many students, for the first time, learned that gluten is a constituent of flour and that some people must only feed on specialized food that is cooked without gluten.</p>
