基本元件
总体介绍
今年我们队伍将选择另一个修改过的STAR——STAR3作为今年的基本模块(BBa_K2285020)。 我们今年的项目是建立在2016年帝国理工学校STAR系统的基础的(为了区分我们和他们的工作,我们把他们的STAR系统称为STAR1),然后我们决定建立另一套STAR系统(我们称之为STAR3)来达到多因子检测的目的。简单来说就是两套STAR系统可以控制两个基因回路。更多关于STAR优势和工作原理的信息可以在 这里查阅。
