Standard Tracks: Our team participated in the Plate Reader Interlab Study (link: https://2017.igem.org/Team:UNebraska-Lincoln/InterLab). In addition, we unsuccessfully attempted to characterize the 2015 IIT Delhi team’s nitrite reductase gene sequence (link: http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1866006). We chose this part because this enzyme formed the basis of our nitrite reductase experiments.
