Model production is found mainly on the modelling pages. It relies partly on the promoter library production and therefore cannot yet be explained fully

Crispr testing will be our last test before release of the full product. Our mutated dCas9 is difficult to clone. All our sgRNAs have been produced and are ready for testing with our promoter library, once the dcas9 is successfully cloned.

The end product is hoped to be made by November, it relies on all other experiments being successful

Freeze drying tests were conducted using interlab fluorescent bacteria on a freeze drier. These were then tested to reactivation to proove the concept of re-activation of freeze dried bacteria.

The promoter library was created using RFP constructs with various promoters. It is not yet complete, but will be posted here soon

The constructs were shuffled via random ligation. These tests will be available fully on the 15/09/2017.
