      <p>Identify and investigate one or more HP issue in the context of the project: We have visited several Tequila industries including _______, __________ and _____________.  They told us how bagasse was a problem for them, even though it was an organic residue, they had to pay to get rid of it and also most of them did not know how to take advantage of the residue, nor get rid of it.</p>
