It has been proved that C. elegans AWA and AWB neurons responsible for the choice of favor and aversion in the olfactory feelings. Based on this background, we explore the learning behavior of C. elegans through optogenetic method. By using the optogenetic circuit inside and external devices such as microfluidics and optimized microscopic platform, we capture the signal passed by worms, analyzing their response to various excitation.
