2.1 Light Path Design

We need 395nm light to activate GEM-GECO by Lumencor LED light Soures, then both red light and blue light activate CoChR or Chrimson by LCD projecter. LCD projector and LED light source are combined by a tee which uses a semi-transparent mirror. Tee connect to microscopy light entrance. So we can use these two light together.

Because the focus distance of origin lens in projector too short for microscopy, a longer focus distance lens is replaced. We install a new lens in projector.


To purify light form projector, origin blue channel filter is replaced in [Chroma ET480/20X](https://www.chroma.com/products/parts/et480-20x) and red channel filter is replaced in [Chroma ET630/20X](https://www.chroma.com/products/parts/et630-20x). Dimirror is [89402bs](https://www.chroma.com/products/parts/89402bs), and emssion is [89402m](https://www.chroma.com/products/parts/89402m).
