<p>A business plan was developed from each different components of our project. A customer and competitor analysis was conducted to evaluate the attractiveness of Phosphostore in the market.</p>

Our integrated business plan was shaped by interactions with experts in the water industry. We considered international markets for Phosphostore, beyond the local water industry, which helped us focus on Canadian wastewater treatment plants as a promising target. Our competitor analysis informed us on current phosphate removal technologies and potential roadblocks. Our company plan was shaped by exploratory research on scaling-up, which guided our modelling to estimate production costs and economic feasibility.
