	Hello! My name is Max, a form 4 student from Hong Kong. This is my first time to join iGEM and I am very excited for it! When I was younger, I love science very much. Now, I can participate in a science project to learn more about science. I am very grateful for that. By taking part in this project, I hope that I can communicate with people from all over the world. Also, I would like to find out what iGEM participants have done and learn something from them. I believe that it would be a remarkable experience.
My name is Kwok Man Ching. I was born on 4 November, 2002. I am a form 4 student studying at S.K.H. Li Ping Secondary School. My hobby is reading. When I have free time, I always read books about science. Apart from reading, I do also go online and look for some interesting scientific contents. My favourite subjects are Maths and Chemistry, though I think they are not easy for me. Therefore, I joined iGEM with a hope to improve my English and Chemistry. I love science and I want to learn more about science. Exploring the world of science has helped me a lot, so I am glad to be chosen to participate in this activity. Also, with such a valuable chance, I hope to meet more new friends and share what we know about science with one another. What’s more important is to be able to improve my communication skills, so that I will be less scared when I talk to a stranger.
	I am a form 4 student from SKH Li Ping Secondary School in Hong Kong. I have been a big fan of Biology and Chemistry since I was a form 3 student. Therefore, I joined iGEM in order to improve my basic knowledge of the above mentioned scientific areas. Also, I would like to learn something I can’t learn at school, such as nano-technology and four helical DNA. I hope I can be a doctor in the future.
Hello everyone, I am a junior student from S.K.H. Li Ping Secondary School. I like reading and have strong interest in genes, so I have participated in the iGEM project. The aim of our project is to help those in need. I am glad that I have worked in a very cooperative team. With our immense effort and teachers’ patient guidance, we hope to achieve the best result.
	My name is Emily. It is my pleasure to take part in the annual world-class synthetic biology competition this summer. Throughout the processes, I have learnt something I may not be able to learn even in university. But beyond that, I had a chance to use plenty of advanced equipment which has indeed broadened my horizon. The project has also trained me to be more careful and focused because no mistake is allowed in the experiments. Apart from that, I have improved my interpersonal and communication skills. Effective communication among group members is very important. Everyone has paid effort in achieving great success. I am really proud of my team members.
I study at S.K.H. Li Ping Secondary School. My favourite sport is running. I participate in this project because I am interested in Chemistry.
	I am interested in Biology since I was a form 4 student. What I learn in school can never satisfy my curiosity about science; I hope to deeply explore the world of Biology and consolidate what I have learnt. Therefore, I wish I could have a chance to dig deeper into the field of Biology and Chemistry. Just in time, my vice principal, Mr Lo granted me an invaluable chance to learn what I could not learn in school—being a member of the iGEM team. Having joined the project, I have learnt a lot about science; for example aptamer and quadruplex. Besides that, I have gained practical experience of doing experiments in a lab, and learnt how to work as a team. I am very excited to have learnt something new. It’s good to be a part of the iGEM team.
Hello, my name is Debbie. I am a form 4 student from S.K.H. Li Ping secondary school. I feel thankful for being invited to join this project because I have learnt a lot about DNA. I hope that I can apply what I have learnt to my future exams. Participating in iGEM, I’ve made myself step into the world of Chemistry. Also, through this project, I have made some new friends from other classes. It’s definitely my honour to join iGEM.
	My name is Patrick, a 15 year-old boy from Hong Kong. I am a F.4 student. Chemistry and Mathematics are the subjects I like the most. My hobbies are solving Rubik’s cube and origami folding. Also, I love doing experiments, and that is why I joined the iGEM team. Although I don’t have a chance to go to the US for an educational exchange, I am still glad that the teachers granted me an opportunity to design the iGEM poster.

My name is Jonathan Tsang. I was born on 12 December,2001.I am 15 years old. There are 4 people in my family, including my father, my mother, my brother, and me. I study at S.K.H. Li Ping secondary school. My favourite subjects are Biology and Chemistry. My favourite band is the Beatles. My favourite song is “In my life”. My hobbies are doing gym and sports. In my leisure time, I always play the French horn with my classmates. In the near future, I hope I have a chance to develop my social skills, thinking ability and imagination. Because ‘Imagination is more important than knowledge.’(Albert Einstein, American scientist) Albert Einstein is my favourite scientist because he found relativity which is very important.
	Hi, I am Tommy Wong, a S4 student from S.K.H. LI PING SECONDARY SCHOOL. This is my first time joining iGEM. I believe that I can learn a lot of new things and meet many people from around the world. Being a member of the iGEM team, I am very proud of myself. I hope that my academic performances in biology and chemistry can be improved because they are my elective courses. It is a valuable experience.
Hello everyone, I am Wong Kam Pong, a student from S.K.H. Li Ping Secondary School. I am an active person. I like playing basketball and hiking very much. Being a part of the iGEM team, I am responsible for designing new genes structures. I would like to design a new structure so as to make a positive contribution to the society.
	My name is Wang Cheng Biao. I am a F.3 student studying at Li Ping Secondary School. My favorite subjects are Biology and Physics. I like science very much. Besides bio-engineering, I am also very interested in mechanical engineering. When I first went to a science class, I was totally amazed. There are a lot of ideas in my mind, though they are not always practical; my interest in science is nonetheless stimulated. I think that science is a discipline for the benefit of mankind. It plays an important role in the society. If we can make good use of our scientific knowledge, social development can be greatly promoted.
My name is Cheung Man Hin, a F4 student from S.K.H. Li Ping Secondary School. I like listening to music and watching movies.I joined iGEM because I like science very much. Taking part in iGEM, I can understand some complicated concepts with a variety of practical experiments. Not only have I learnt some advanced scientific contents, but I have also improved my communication skills through performing a series of tasks. All in all, I have tried something I have never done before. From now on, I hope both my English and scientific knowledge can be improved.
