Overview
- Assembled and sequence verified Venus cassette plasmid and pp2551 cassette plasmid
- Assembled the multigene sensing assembly
- Tested another version of the sensing assembly and demonstrated that it works
Sensing
- Digested all parts to make sure lengths were correct
- Did a golden gate reaction to assemble each part of the cassette plasmid together
- Sequence verified Venus cassette plasmid and pp2551 cassette plasmid
- Demonstrated that venus fluorescence is increased
