what did they do to protect environment?
Reuse of cooling (hot) water and acid base of sterilizer.
Our factory is used to produce pasteurized milk and UHT milk sterilization equipment. there is great consumption of cleaning water before and after production for heat exchange.
Through technological innovation, this part of the water had been going through recycling. And this innovation not only saved water, but also could make the waste heat to reuse. It has been implemented since June 09. In 2012, 31. thousand tons of tap water was saved, and 123 thousand and 600 cubic meters of natural gas was recovered, which was equivalent to 160.64 tons of standard coal.
Up to now, 108 thousand and 500 tons of tap water have been saved, 432 thousand and 600 cubic meters of natural gas have been recovered, and 562.24 tons of standard coal have been converted.
Our interview
1.the bright dairy has long been the leader in the Chinese dairy industry, what do you think is the most important thing in the corporate culture?
Bright dairy's corporate culture is "innovation, focus, courage, sharing, care, tolerance", "innovation" is the company has been up for more than 20 years the core. We lead the industry in product innovation, so we have a national key laboratories and state-level enterprise technology center, we also hope that the marketing model more innovative results.
2.In the production of dairy products, the treatment of industrial wastewater is also a part that can not be ignored, improper treatment of waste water will lead to the eutrophication of water in the environment. Please give some comments on the waste solution in your company.
Bright is a 100-year-old state-owned dairy enterprises, bear the people to provide high-quality dairy products and observe the law, to comply with industry ethics of social responsibility. Dairy wastewater and waste water from the two aspects of farming and processing, we have strict compliance with these two aspects of national emission standards.
With the improvement of environmental requirements, our factory commissioned a third party for sewage treatment, discharge COD less than 100 cm / L. Pasture discharge pressure, especially in recent years the country to strengthen the intensity of environmental protection, the company in the pasture sewage treatment increased investment.
3. In the innovation of enterprises, whether the production of dairy products produced by the use of waste water treatment issues or related research?Our factory sewage is responsible to the third party.
Ranch's sewage treatment, we have a dedicated team responsible. As China's farming characteristics and Europe and the United States and other developed countries, so we can only rely on the company and domestic research institutions, foreign technology in this area is not suitable for China, or the cost is too high, the enterprise can not afford.
4. The use of microorganisms for industrial wastewater treatment, has been a research hotspot, microbes with its renewable, self-replicating ability to update the use of biological methods to solve industrial production problems in the new ideas, how do you look at this trend?
This is a necessary part of the plant and pasture wastewater treatment.
5. For such a method, if the future large-scale application in the enterprise wastewater treatment, you have any confusion or worry?
Enterprises have been using a combination of aerobic and anaerobic treatment of wastewater.
