Hardware
We’ve set up an remarkable contraption connecting bacterial metabolism to robot control in a closed feedback loop. Our entire system is designed in a modular way. the bioreactor, diverse interaction modules, the fluorescence-measurement-chamber employing a Raspberry Pi camera, the modular maze-building system in hard- and software and the modified Thymio robot.
